1. These guys are the bomb. I eat them often. Great for a light meal or with a salad. I've only tried the pepperoni, but there are other varieties.
2. Parmesan Crusted Chicken - Ifirst tried this at Longhorn, and adored it, so I thought I'd give my hand at trying to make it. I found this recipe when browsing some other blogs, and just subsituted chicken for the meat. Yummy.
3. Culturelle Probiotic for Kids. My sweet girl was unfortunately plagued with the recent stomach virus, and has had a rough go getting over it. I think these little packs of probiotics played a role in finally getting her stomach re-settled into its normal routine, there are other brands, but this is what I found locally. You can give this to your child all the time, or to help overcome digestive upset.
