2 NEW RECIPES

I'm trying to be healthier, it's not going wonderful but I'm trying to make modifications that will stick and not ones that will be temporary. Here are two new recipes I've tried recently that I really like.

First: Guiltless French Toast

2 egg whites
1/2cup orange juice
1tsp of vanilla flavoring
Cinnamon (as much as you like)

Whisk above mixture. Take four slices of Whole Wheat Toast, and coat each side with mixture. Melt a small amount of butter/margarine in pan before adding toast. Top with 1/4cup of maple syrup and your favorite fruit..  It was pretty delicious... And it seems alot less fattening than how I use to cook french toast.

Second: Original Ranch Cheesey Chicken. (not as healthy but not terrible)

1 pack chicken tenders or breast
1cup season bread crumbs
1/4cup of grated parmesean cheese
1/4cup of cheddar cheese or sharp cheddar cheese
1/2cup of ranch dressing.

Clean chicken. Mix cheeses and breadcrumbs together. Coat chicken in ranch dressing dip in bread crumb mixture. Place on baking sheet or dish. Cook on 350 for 35minutes. Pretty tasty.. Serve with your favorite side. I did salad and rice. Yum.
